Catching up with the team!

Great to catch up over lunch on the weekend to celebrate two of our longest-serving teachers, Joe and Sue! For more than 7 years, they have both been an important part of Full Spectrum Education, supporting countless students to build their confidence, strengthen their skills and achieve their goals. Joe brings an incredible depth of knowledge and passion for Mathematics, while Sue has an amazing ability to bring English to life and help students get the best out of themselves. A huge thank you to you both for your ongoing support, loyalty and dedication to improving the lives of young people. We’re incredibly grateful to have had you as part of the FSE team for so many years!

"NAPLAN results have landed in school bags across the country, giving parents a snapshot of how their child is tracking in literacy and numeracy.

But interpreting the data, and knowing what to do with it, can sometimes be overwhelming for parents.

Education experts say while the results can help identify areas where extra support may be needed, they are not a definitive measure of a child's ability or future success at school."

NAPLAN can be an excellent & impartial assessment of a student's current progress & should be used as a tool to see where focus & effort should be applied . If you or your child received some results you are concerned about Contact Us & we can help explore what your results mean & design a tailored intervention to ensure success.

"Not many go through to Year 12 […] To do any of the bigger, better stuff you’ve got to have a lot of willpower because you’ve got to be able to sit by yourself […] and do your own work."

Recent studies indicate an increasing trend of shrinking class sizes for year 11/12 subjects required for a smooth pathway to university study, with many remote schools cutting some subjects all together.

Many students have had to take these subjects remotely or switch to private schools able to sustain smaller class sizes. Without the support of peers these more complex subjects can be difficult to navigate.

Our 1 on 1 support can help if you are taking a less mainstream senior subject & feel you need some additional guidance. Contact us now to learn more.
